Willis Propp became the Overseer of Alberta, Canada in 1983. Prior to that, he was the overseer of Saskatchewan for 8 years. Photo taken during WWI in Saskatchewan Canada, about 1917. Everyone in this picture was professing or closely associated. Because of their faith, they refused to bear arms to kill. Most had been locked up in the Regina SK jail together. During WWI there was no "consciencious objector" status in Canada. Eventually the were given non-combatant jobs.
