Garrett Hughes (man on right) was the son of Fred and Mary Ann
He was from North Dakota. Overseer of Nebraska and Colorado.
He also labored in South Dakota, North Dakota, Illinois, and Oklahoma.

During his years in Colorado he was also a Regional Overseer for the central states.
