The 2004 Hymn Author booklet shows that Ed Cooney
as the Author of Hymn Nos. 179, 182, 183, and 184
with the notation:
"The author was an independent evangelist."

Not wanting to claim any association with Ed Cooney, his name
is typed in lower case letters as though the author was an outsider.
