Garrett Hughes (left) was the son of Fred and Mary Ann (Gill) Hughes from North Dakota.
He became overseer of Nebraska and Colorado
He also labored in South Dakota, North Dakota, Illinois, and Oklahoma.
During his years in Colorado he was also a Regional Overseer for the central states.
