EDWIN (EDDIE) SCHAER
Edwin Schaer was born in Switzerland but emigrated to USA
at an early age. He professed in 1909 in Willie Jamieson
and Jim Martin's mission at Mountaindale, Oregon.

Sometime in the 1920o's, after WWI ended, the first
four workers pioneered the work in Switzerland.

They were Edwin Schaer from America; Katie Hay from Canada;
and George and Lottie Wix (brother and sister) from New Zealand.

He was the Overseer of Switzerland until he passed away in the 1960’s.
