Andy Robb Andrew Hamilton Robb was born Jan. 8, 1872, in Dublin, Ire., and died July 16, 1964, aged 91, in Johannesburg, South Africa. Possibly a lawyer before he entered the work in 1901. He worked in all the countries of the British Isles, as well as in South Africa, Northern and Southern Rhodesia (now Zambia and Zimbabwe ) and Bechuanaland (now Botswana). Aug. 25, 1905 Nine Workers departed from London, UK on S.S. Geelong arriving at Cape Town, S.Africa on SS Geelong. They were the first Workers to that country. They were: Wilson Reid , (24) (age) Joe Kerr , (24) John Cavanagh (27), Alex Pearce (33), Wm. Irvine (42), Mary Moodie. (38), Barbara Baxter (24), Lily Reid (22) Martha Skerritt (22).
