In 1942, during WW II George Walker wrote this letter of
3 pages to the US Selective Service Board in Philadelphia, PA.

The purpose was to help the selective service board
properly classify the ministry re: military service.

The result was that a clergy exemption from the US government
for brother workers associated with the "Christian Conventions "
was obtained.
