The letter's contents read:
"This is to certify that I have checked the articles on the "Tramp Preachers" and the late Mr. Edward Cooney which were published in the "Impartial Reporter."
I have found that the photo copies are true reproductions of the original articles published in the "Impartial Reporter an d Farmers' Journal" on the dates recorded.
These files are available for inspection at these offices by special arrangements with the proprieters. If I should be of any further assistance, please let me know.
